🐶 PANAGENICS Conditioner is a non-traditional light-weight conditioner which is applied BEFORE shampoo. Designed as a leave-in product, it will penetrate under a healthy cuticle into the cortex. The conditioner will hydrate the cortex and restore the shape of the hair, intensify its color, provide faster drying time, increase volume and strength of hair, improve manageability, and eliminate dry brittle hair. 🐶 DIRECTIONS: Apply to a dry coat. Work into all sections of the coat. Do not wash out.
