Seller Warranty: If your ID cards and/or certificate arrive and you discover they are incorrect (printed with different information than you originally provided with your order), we’ll remake and send them free with the correct information and ship them out within 24 hours. IDs are custom-made and may not be returned for credit after printed. If you are not happy with the photo on your ID or copy on your certificate, please email us.
