Description
The fabric is softer & more flexible for a smaller animal & doesn’t add a heavy weight around small pets neck, unlike a heavy leather or woven material. It’s easy to put on, it’s lightweight, your cat will hardly knows wearing it. The bell is quiet and not annoying. You can remove that jingling bell if your cat was annoyed of it.
